● The greeting install placement is up to our discretion. If you have a specific spot in mind, please email.
● Your greeting is a rental from SG Summit County and we will return to retrieve it. Our signs are reused to celebrate with many customers, so it is routine to see some normal wear and tear on our graphics.
●Arrival times listed are approximate and are not guaranteed due to the unique nature of each set up and the number of greetings booked each day. We try our best to keep to these times but emergencies happen! We also do our best to accommodate client preferences but defer to the route that our installers choose. Please notify us if you have a preference of set up time/pick up time so that we can notify our installers. It is not guaranteed, but if we know then we can accommodate better!
●Signs installed may not be an exact replica of signs posted on social media, posters etc, depending upon availability of graphics, letters, colors etc in inventory, and creativity of our display designers and installers.
●We will return to remove the rental in ~20-24 hours. If additional days are requested, we will pick up on the date agreed upon by the customer and SG of summit county.
●The greeting is not reserved until payment is received.
LAWN CARE:
●Please water your lawn prior to arrival (specifically in dry summer months). If you cannot stick a screwdriver into your lawn, we will not be able to place our stakes for your display!
HOW TO CARE FOR DISPLAY:
●While we encourage you to pose next to the display for photographs, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the sign display. Our items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. We will not be held liable for injuries or damage due to children or adults playing on or near our yard sign displays.
●Please make sure pets are kept away from the signs for the duration of the display. You will be responsible for any damage to the signs caused by them.
●Do not pull the signs from the ground. Do not move, mow, edge around or take down the yard sign display. If you have a lawn service, you must inform them of this policy. If they need to be taken down early, please let us know. Any damage to signs will result in charges to the renter.
●Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.
REFUND POLICY:
●Someone in the household must be notified that we will be on the property. Please have an outside light on in order to identify the address easily. If we are unable to locate the house number, we reserve the right to decline delivery without a refund.
●If we are unable to set up your yard greeting due to weather conditions, including strong winds or frozen ground, we will contact you and you will receive a full refund. If hazardous weather occurs after the sign is placed, we reserve the right to remove the signs early.
●Bookings canceled at least 24 hours prior to your event date, will be issued a full refund. Bookings cancelled the same day as the installation will receive a partial refund, as we have already designed your display and set aside the items from our inventory.
●Again, PLEASE WATER YOUR LAWN prior to our arrival (specifically in dry summer months). We promise to give our best efforts and attempts to each installation. If you cannot stick a screwdriver into your lawn, we will not be able to place our stakes for your display! If this occurs, we reserve the right to not install the signs and NOT issue a refund.
●Once our installers have arrived to the property, if they are unable to complete an installation for reasons including but not limited to: lawn not watered/too dry to place stakes, last minute cancellation by customer, our inability to locate the house number (due to poor lighting, no house number present, no description of home given prior to install if there is no house number), homeowner not aware we were coming and/or does not allow us to place sign etc, we will NOT issue a refund as we have to compensate our installers for their time.
●We respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for our signs. We will contact you if this situation arises.
OTHER NOTES:
●We will place a small sign in your yard with our company contact information. This sign is unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know where “they can get one.” Please do not move or hide it.
●Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
●The sign may be photographed for use on our website, Facebook page or Instagram page.
●All signs are property of Sign Gypsies. You are responsible for any damage.
Hold Harmless Agreement:
Customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Sign Gypsies of Summit County and hold its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or the other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Sign Gypsies of Summit County rental agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to and provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. Agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement.
